With extensive experience in Human Resources management roles within the demanding French Tech ecosystem, I have successfully navigated the complex landscape of fast-growing companies.

I excel in meeting the ambitious challenges set by her clients having guided companies through strategic growth phases such as internationalization, fundraising, governance model overhauls, and team reorganization. My approach involves coaching management teams to navigate and succeed in these transformations.

In 2020 I founded PeopleScale, aiming to provide my clients with personalized support that comprehensively addresses all dimensions of people management.

My career path

My career journey began with dual degrees in “Labor Law” and “Human Resources Development” from the Sorbonne. Starting in a major CAC 40 group, I swiftly transitioned to younger structures, championing People-centric improvements.

My focus on growing companies and those in transformation has driven me to adapt People policies for tailored business needs, establishing the People function as a vital ‘Business Partner.’

Known for my tenacity and business-oriented approach, I achieved coaching credentials at HEC in 2021, reinforcing my commitment to providing clients with close, individualized support.
